I’m a behavioral scientist who left a tenure-track academic career to design change at scale. With a PhD in Social Psychology and motivation, I’ve spent the last decade applying these principles inside global organizations—translating evidence into systems that shape how people lead, work, and grow.

My work lives at the intersection of behavioral science, organizational design, and executive decision-making. I’ve partnered with senior leaders to define culture, evolve people systems, and embed behavioral clarity inside strategy.

Most recently, I served as Chief Science Officer and President of a global behavioral consultancy, advising Fortune 500 and S&P 100 companies on leadership, culture, and scalable behavior change.

Now, I work independently in the space between evidence and execution—helping senior leaders design systems and signals that actually shift behavior and performance.

Beyond consulting, I write, publish, and mentor behavioral scientists making the leap from theory to practice.

When I’m not immersed in all things science, you’ll find me hiking, doing yoga or pilates, experimenting with hot/cold plunges, exploring new food ventures, or grilling outside with my husband and two daughters.
